Just wanted to say I hope every one got out and skied while we could, like every year I always hope next winter is better but this was not a bad year for Indiana. I would also like to say thanks to Aaron for keeping this page up and running ,I hope he doesn't mind this but if any of you skiers are interested in paddling come join the Fort wayne Paddlers for the season and paddle with us, find our message board here. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kayakfw/ THANKS again Aaron and the offer to try one of my kayaks is still good so if you get a chance to join us let me know.....Jay

As always, I hoped for more snow, too! This year, I sometimes wished that I lived a little further north, and sometimes, wished I lived a little south! But Spring is welcome now, and I am certainly looking forward to meeting you, and the others from the kayakfw group, on the water this year! I still receive the daily email from the kayak group, and I'm watching for warmer water.

Also, I just took the snow baskets off my poles, sharpened the tips, and pulled the inline skates out from the closet. The River Bluff trail here in Logansport is calling my name, snow or no snow!

Jay, I will see you soon, when the water is warm enough for a newbie to kayaking like me!
...there's more to see when you XCski Indiana!
